CCPA's board meetings for the 2011-2012 year (starting with the joint/transitional meeting on June 21, 2011) will be held at 20 Church Street (corner of Main Street), Hartford, Hampshire Real Estate Companies (a/k/a The Stilts Building). Our meetings will be held in Conference Room C on the 7th floor; note that the 7th floor of the building consists of conference room facilities for the tenants and is not firm or company specific. Loretta Russell, incoming treasurer, works for Hinkley, Allen & Snyder located in this building, and has graciously made these arrangements for us.
Parking options are:
1. on the street (Main, Church or Talcott) - free after 6 p.m.
2. in the surface lot on corner of Main and Talcott Streets across the street from the Stilts Building - flat fee of $8 whether all day or one hour
3. in the parking garage on Church Street between the Stilts Building and Hartford Stage Company - The rate schedule changes at 6 PM so a 3 hour fee using the two rate schedules would not be more that $6.50. Of course, our board meetings should NEVER go three hours so it'll be less than that.
CCPA will reimburse you for your parking but I do ask that you do your best to park on the street and keep our costs down.
The door into the lobby is locked at 5:30. Ring the buzzer to be let in. A list of attendees will be provided to security so sign-in should not be required. Loretta will post signs directing you to the conference room. Conference Room C seats 20 people and has a small kitchette area. It also has phones and wireless internet access.
